Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!. Be sure to include:

A clear photo of the item and the tracking page

The issue regarding the phone case

This would allow us to analyze the situation and come up with the best solution.


Refunds

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds for phone cases can only be processed within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact our customer service team to initiate your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
