Refunds

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. Refunds for phone cases can only be processed within 21 days of the delivery date. After 21 days, we are unable to provide a refund. Please ensure the phone case is unused in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a refund. Contact our customer service team for assistance with your refund request. Thank you for choosing glamour .

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
